We have just completed our first investment purchase with Phone Homes; we found the process challenging at times, however the team worked tirelessly to ensure a positive result. I would not suggest purchasing a property at Christmas time with reduced settlement as it creates additional challenges that you may not need during this time of year. We found the team at Phone Homes to be responsive and they were on top of the little things, this ensured we got the desired result even during this hectic period with tight deadlines. I have just purchased my first investment property with Phone Homes. Ben, Amelia, Jackson and Pamela are a great team and I know there are others backing them up. The experience was really good and there may be cheaper ways of doing this, but the help they provide from finding a property all the way to renting it out has been excellent. I was skeptical at first because I had never met Ben and his team and thought it could be a scam. They put me at ease and responded in a timely fashion. This is definitely not a scam. They have truly exceeded expectations.

Building during Covid was tough due to delays etc. However, they always kept up with the communication. We were contacted by Phone Homes about 2 years ago in the midst of covid & were unsure whether we should consider an investment with so much uncertainty going on. I brought an investment property whilst I was overseas all over the phone! Helped me purchase high yielding property over 6% rental yield which i was extremely happy with. These guys contacted us 5 years ago. We were not in a position to do anything, so we asked them to call back in a few years. They did. We had been considering various investment options, and their timing was impeccable. Always wary about such contacts, we looked at the presentation. What was shown aligned with our objectives. We decided to take the risk and jump on board. The approval process was great. The Phone Homes team maintained good communication, keeping us informed along each step of the process. Once approved, it was simply a matter of waiting. After a few months we were contacted and informed of a property available in Queensland. We decided to purchase, and that is when things really started moving. The speed and efficiency that everything was organised was incredible. Within 30 days (including 4 public holidays) we were the owners of a new investment property. Kudos to the Phone Home team. Without their assistance we wouldn’t be where we are now.

I work away a lot and the thought of owning an investment property and finding someone reputable to manage it, seemed way too difficult and time consuming. I didn’t have the patience or ambition to contemplate a second property. That was before I discovered PhoneHomes. These guys do all the hard work, so that you don’t have to. And I mean everything. Would I recommend Phone Homes – 100% yes. I have been a client with them for just over 2 years now and have just secured my 2nd property, like any major purchase or financial change in your life there is some stress that goes along with that – however the Phone Homes team made this process so much less stressful and intimidating than it would have been had I been navigating this alone. Being new to the investment market I was nervous, I had questions and was even dubious to take the first step, however the team have literally walked me through each step in the process for both properties and have always been available to discuss any questions I have. Being a single mum that is very time poor I could never have gotten myself into this position without the help of the team.
